Stayed here with my parent and overall appreciated this apartment. Very very helpful and incredibly nice stuff, made my stay fine...

I love staying at this place! The staff helped me find amazing places to eat during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, dryer, kettle, and cookware. Plus, the A/C keeps me cool. Weekend getaway, here I come!

Location is stunning and ideal, 5 minutes walk away from Republic Square. It's located in a traditional building. Warm welcome from host.

great and unbeatable location really close to many restaurants, and transport to the airport, everything wonderful. location also close to the beach. amazing design of the apartment, neat and comfy rooms with lovely balcony, views to the riva, terrace. vews of the ocean.

I always return to this amazing place in Split. The staff even helped with my suitcases during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, a dryer, and an electric kettle. Plus, there's air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for my business trips.

amazing stay in split! bruna was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, arranging airport transportation and accommodating our late arrival. the apartment was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. excellent location within walking distance to old town and great restaurants. highly recommend!

noisy neighbors

Clean room with a beautiful view of the promenade. I liked that they provided shower essentials, a hairdryer, and big towels. The staff was really friendly 😊.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This place is like a cozy home away from home. The living room with a flat-screen TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen is a great bonus for someone like me who likes to cook their own meals. And the private bathroom with a bath and shower makes me feel pampered.

I'm not a big fan of the balcony in this apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

perla apartmani exceeded our expectations during this a walk in evening. the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lovely balcony were a pleasant surprise, and the location was great with easy access to old town. the mix of old and new in the area added to the charm.

Wifi was unreliable.

Great central location, walking distance to old city and beach. Clean and stylish apartment, well-equipped. Very friendly and helpful host. Convenient stores, cafes nearby.

The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities. the beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The price during the high season was quite high compared to other options in the area. Another downside was the lack of parking in a garage, which would have been more convenient.
